Returns Policy

At Uniform Hub, we gladly accept returns subject to the following conditions;

The Customer must notify Uniform Hub in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. Their request must first be approved and an Authorization Number must give provided by Uniform Hub before returns are accepted.

The Customer will be responsible for all costs incurred with returning the goods - including all shipping charges.

Returns only apply to Non-decorated garments/items. Uniform Hub will not return any decorated goods under any circumstance. It is the customers responsibility to inspect and ensure all goods are as per their order.

Discontinued or sale items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

All returned goods must be in their original condition. This includes packaging  to be in original condition, ie. not torn, dirty or marked. Returned goods must be packed.

A $20 or 20% handling fee (which ever is greater) is applicable to all returned goods and will be charged on any available credit.
